Account & app terms
Account ID
The username or number that identifies your KISS918 wallet. Agents need it to credit your balance. It is safe to share with your agent; your password is not. Malay: ID akaun.
Agent
An independent reseller who sells KISS918 credit, creates accounts and handles withdrawals. There is no single official cashier, so every agent sets their own rates and rules. Malay: ejen.
APK
The installation file for Android apps. KISS918 is usually installed from an APK link rather than Google Play, so the source of that link matters.
Enterprise profile (iOS)
A certificate iPhone users must trust to install apps outside the App Store. Only trust a profile from a source you have verified.
Test ID
A demo account with play credit that cannot be withdrawn. Some agents offer one so new players can try the app.
Top-up & payment terms
Top-up
Adding credit to your KISS918 balance by paying an agent. Also called a reload. Malay: tambah nilai or topup.
Package
A fixed amount of credit sold at a set price, such as a starter or value tier.
Rate
How much credit you receive for a given ringgit amount. Rates vary between agents.
DuitNow
Malaysia's real-time transfer service using a phone number, IC number or QR code. It shows the recipient's registered name before you confirm.
FPX
Financial Process Exchange, the Malaysian online banking payment gateway used on many checkout pages.
IBG
Interbank GIRO, a bank transfer that may be processed in batches and can be slower than a real-time transfer.
CDM
A cash deposit machine. Paying an agent by cash deposit leaves a weak record that is hard to dispute.
Processing window
The hours during which an agent checks payments and credits accounts.
Proof of payment
A receipt or screenshot showing the amount, date, time, reference and recipient name of a transfer.
Cash-out terms
Cash-out
Converting credit back into money paid to your bank or e-wallet. Malay: pengeluaran.
Minimum cash-out
The smallest withdrawal an agent will process.
Daily limit
The maximum an agent will pay out per day or per request.
Name matching
The rule that the receiving account must be in the same name as the account holder.
Bonus terms
Bonus credit
Extra credit an agent adds as a promotion. It usually carries conditions before related winnings can be withdrawn.
Turnover
The total amount you must wager before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn, shown as a multiple, such as 10x.
Max cash-out
A cap on how much can be withdrawn from winnings tied to a bonus.
Rebate
A percentage of losses or turnover returned to a player as credit over a set period.
Free credit
Credit offered without a deposit, usually with strict turnover and cash-out caps. Also a common scam lure.
Forfeit
When an agent cancels bonus credit or winnings because a condition was broken.
Safety & responsible play terms
Mule account
A bank account used to receive and move money on behalf of someone else, often in scams. Paying into one can make your money untraceable.
NSRC 997
The National Scam Response Centre hotline in Malaysia, for reporting online financial scams quickly.
OTP
A one-time password sent by SMS or an app to approve a login or payment. Never share it with anyone.
RTP
Return to player: the long-run percentage of total wagers a slot game is designed to pay back. It describes millions of spins, not a single session.
Volatility
How unevenly a slot pays out. High volatility means rarer but larger wins, and bigger swings in your balance.
Self-exclusion
Deliberately blocking your own access to gambling for a set period, for example by asking agents to stop serving you and setting bank blocks.
